Court-ordered and court-appointed psychological services are case-specific and defined by the referral question set forth by the Court, which may vary depending on the unique circumstances of each matter. Dr. Siegel’s forensic services are tailored to address the specific issues identified by the Court and may include psychological evaluations, parenting assessments, substance use evaluations, and other relevant areas as directed.
Given the importance of clearly defined referral questions, attorneys are encouraged to contact Dr. Siegel directly prior to or at the time of appointment to ensure that the Court’s order appropriately outlines the questions to be addressed, and that the requested services are consistent with the scope of the evaluation.
All services are conducted in accordance with professional standards requiring objectivity, independence, and clearly defined roles within the forensic process.
